会津オリンパス株式会社の住所表示変更について

2020年10月19日、「住居表示に関する法律」に基づいて福島県会津若松市が実施した住居表示整備事業に伴い会津オリンパス株式会社は、住所が下記の通り変更されました。これは、移転ではなく、住居表示整備事業の実施に伴う住所表記の変更であるため、弊社のQMS上において変更は有りません。ISO13485の認証書に記載された住所も変更されますが、認証書に示す通り、住所変更に伴うQMSの有効性も従来通りであり、変更はございません。

(変更後)　福島県会津若松市飯寺北三丁目1番1号

On October 19, 2020, the address for Aizu Olympus Corporation was changed as follows in accordance with the residential address indication improvement project carried out by Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, based on the Act on Indication of Residential Address.
As this was due to a change in the written address in association with the residential address indication improvement project rather than due to a relocation, there is no change in the company’s QMS. Although the address listed on the ISO13485 certificate will also change, as the certificate shows, the validity of the QMS associated with the change of address will remain unchanged.
